Having never roasted a chicken before, I'm intrigued. I think I might want to do that this weekend, since having that chicken around would be fantastic!

god I miss your cooking.. remember that awesome curry you made me back when you lived in New West? We have to have a huge cookout thing when I get home.. dude... I love the Paula Dean magazines and all the other tasty American magazines I can find.

I love hearing all about your job! Congrats on the huge deal, that's awesome.

Buying the whole chicken and roasting is the best ... I always try and do that when they go on sale. One usually ends up a hot dinner or two and the other just for the meat. I also eat more salads if I have an easy protein to top them with.

Sounds like you guys are on the right track! I always wonder what your dinners are like now that you're working full-time and without as much time to plan and prep.

Coral and I will want to think about going to the tropics soon... even just a west coast Mexico all-inclusive dealio... so maybe we'll be needing your work skillz soon! after we're outta debt. haha, not even paid off from Vegas and already planning on spending more money.

Just wanted to throw in my two cents and say "Way to go" on starting a new exercise regimen! Also, any time you want to go for a hike just let me know. I LOVE getting outside and we are so close to each other and there are SO MANY places to hike near us :)

have you tried on a pair of new balance? they pretty much changed my athletic life and last forever.

anytime you need a grind pal, let me know .. it's awesome. another EXCELLENT hike is the Peak after you get to the top which is higher and the lookout is amazing on a clear day, you can see forever.

we should plan it for early summer and I'll buy a patio pitcher at the top!
